Membership That Grows With You

House of Boston doesn't believe in locking members into a single tier for a year. Our membership structure is designed around where you are right now and where you want to be in 90 days. Start with Open Gym access if you know your way around a barbell and prefer to train independently. Step up to Standard Coached if you want a monthly program design and regular form checks built in. Move to Full Training if you want a coach beside you every session. We keep all three tiers cancelable with 30 days' written notice — no penalty fees, no pressure calls. Your results should do the retaining, not a contract.

What Every Member Gets, Regardless of Tier

Full Equipment Floor

Ten power racks, a 40-foot turf lane, cable columns, rowers, ski ergs, and a dedicated kettlebell bay. The floor was designed for strength-first athletes, not cardio machines in a row.

Clean, Accountable Culture

Re-rack rules are enforced, chalk is permitted, ego is not. Our coaches manage the floor culture actively so the environment stays focused whether it's 6 AM or 7 PM.

Member App Access

Log your lifts, book classes, view your benchmark history, and message staff through the House of Boston member app. Your data belongs to you and you can export it at any time.

Flexible Cancellation

All plans require 30 days' written notice to cancel. No early-termination fees, no win-back calls, no lock-in clauses. We earn your membership month by month.

I started on Open Access because I didn't think I needed coaching. Three months in I plateaued completely. Upgrading to Standard Coached and getting a proper monthly program changed everything — my bench went from 155 to 195 in the next quarter. I wish I'd done it from day one.

Membership Questions, Answered

Can I try the gym before committing to a monthly plan?

Yes. We offer a two-week trial at $25 that includes full floor access, one group class, and an introductory benchmark session with a coach. The trial fee is deducted from your first month if you join within seven days of it ending.

Is there a joining fee or annual fee on top of the monthly rate?

There is a one-time $35 onboarding fee that covers your initial 45-minute baseline assessment, your member-app account setup, and a printed benchmark card. There are no annual fees. The monthly rate is the full cost.

Can I pause my membership if I'm traveling or injured?

Yes. Members on Standard Coached or Full Training can freeze their membership for up to 60 days per calendar year at no charge. Open Access freezes are available for a $10/month hold fee. You simply notify us via the app or email.

Do you offer a family or couple discount?

We offer a 10% discount on a second membership for a household member joining on the same plan simultaneously. The discount applies month to month and is removed if either member changes tiers or cancels.

What happens at the 90-day benchmark assessment?

A coach walks you through five standardized tests: a back-squat max, a pull-up max, a timed mile on the turf, a grip-strength measurement, and a body-composition estimate via tape measure. Results are logged in your member-app profile and compared to your previous session in a one-page summary.

Your First Benchmark Is Waiting

Sign up online or walk in during staffed hours. A coach will confirm your plan and schedule your onboarding session within 24 hours.
